Frequently Asked Questions

  • In addition to filling out one of the above order forms, I’ll also need a photo (or photos), and if you’re not local, your full shipping address. You can send these to my email info@artbybusby.ca!

  • Yes! I do recommend in these cases to send as many photos of all the animals as possible, just to give me the best shot of choosing the ones that work best together.

  • Please include your full address and phone number when submitting a commission form to info@artbybusby.ca so I can see if I can ship to your country.

    At this time, I cannot ship to the USA.

  • Yes! I’ve had the pleasure of painting birds, some rodents, and even a snail! In fact, if your animal is a breed I haven’t done before, I offer 10% off! Reach out and see if your precious pet qualifies.

  • After your quote has been finalized, I ask for full payment on any order $200 or less (before shipping), or half upfront and half upon completion if the quote exceeds $200.

    I accept PayPal, and eTransfer for Canadian clients. Prices are in CAD.

  • No, not unless it’s requested. I will send an initial digital mockup with the chosen photo, then send a final image for approval or minor touch up requests.
